BIO-VITALKAFFEE is a high-quality coffee product to which two types of organic vitality-enhancing mushrooms have been added, resulting in a drink that promotes general wellbeing and invigorates the body’s vital forces. After gentle roasting that brings out their aroma, the beans are lovingly packaged by hand in an organically certified coffee-roasting house in Gmunden in Upper Austria. On account of this extremely gentle roasting, the coffee is alkaline and low in acidity and therefore very easy on the stomach, even for people who cannot normally tolerate coffee.

The precious Arabica beans are organically grown in Central America. The vitality-enhancing mushrooms, Ganoderma lucidum (reishi powder) and Agaricus blazei Murill (almond mushroom powder), from controlled organic farming, are harvested in the Chinese highlands and sourced from there. They have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), where they are valued for their harmonising, invigorating and curative effect. This is a digestible coffee combination made from the best organic ingredients that comes with a quality seal.

The addition of vitality-enhancing mushrooms makes the coffee more digestible and promotes general wellbeing. The vitality coffee is alkaline and low in acidity and can therefore be a good option for people with sensitive stomachs who don’t want to do without their enjoyable daily coffee.

The vitality-enhancing mushrooms reduce the acidity of the coffee, making it more alkaline and hence more easily digestible. Bio-Vitalkaffee is therefore also extremely useful in alkaline therapy.

Mysterious vitality-enhancing mushrooms with an amazing effect:

Ganoderma lucidum – the medicinal reishi mushroom – has been highly regarded in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for thousands of years. Because of its versatile effect on health it is known as the king of the medicinal mushrooms. In China it goes under the name “ling zhi” (the longevity mushroom) and on account of its positive characteristics it was once worth its weight in gold because it was so precious. In Europe it is known as the reishi or lingzhi mushroom. Agaricus blazei Murill, the almond vitality mushroom, was discovered in the Amazon just 40 years ago. It is very high in vitality-enhancing substances. Its almond flavour harmonises the bitter substances in Ganoderma lucidum, the reishi medicinal mushroom.

This high-quality vitality coffee contains stimulating and highly aromatic Arabica highland coffee together with healthy reishi mushrooms and flavoursome almond mushrooms that offset the bitter taste. The striking feature of both vitality-enhancing mushrooms is their positive effect on the body’s health.

The finely ground coffee powder (grind size no. 2) is ideal for use in a French press, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine with powder compartment or in refillable coffee capsules.

Do not use boiling water with vitality coffee powder!
A 250 g pack of Bio-Vitalkaffee makes 35-50 cups of coffee.

Per serving:

  • French press: 5 g vitality coffee powder, water at 90 °C, brew for 3-5 minutes
  • Espresso machine: 5 g vitality coffee powder
  • Filter coffee maker: 5-7 g vitality coffee powder
  • Portafilter machine: 5-7 g vitality coffee powder
  • Fully automatic coffee machine with powder compartment: 5-7 g vitality coffee powder
  • Refillable stainless steel coffee capsules: 5 g vitality coffee powder

For special protection from harmful environmental influences, the vitality coffee is supplied in a resealable pack. Vitality coffee should always be stored in a cool, dry place.
